My husband joined Weight Watchers with me which is great. Except he gets 52 points to my measly 26! It is painful to me because I LOVE to eat but I'm fighting the urge to go over my point count. I know if I stick with this I will see a change in my body which is what I want, more than I want that taste of food. I saw a quote once that really stuck with me...

It hit me so hard because I do that all.the.time. Particularly when it comes to food and weight loss. So that is something I remind myself of when I find myself tempted by my cravings of the right now.
I wrote today on FB - Find a reason to eat healthy and do it. There will ALWAYS be a reason to eat bad.
