Between injuries, sickness, out of town doctor visits and a host of other life events we have had a rough week* here. Which means my eating wasn't as top notch as it should be and my exercise was nowhere to be seen. So I was expecting a weight gain or maintain on the scale this morning. Much to my surprise I managed to lose half a pound. Nothing earth shattering but movement in the right direction! Hopefully I can get back on my 1-2 lbs weekly loss this week. I haven't fallen off the wagon completely, I held on while it dragged me this past week!
This upcoming week should be a lot more on target. My calf pain is GONE! Thank you compression sleeve! My back pain is minimal now, still lingering but not to the same degree. So tonight I'm planning to get back on the road for a run.
*When I refer to week I mean Wed-Wed as those are my WW weeks, when I start fresh with points and have my weigh ins.
